Raegan Library

Guest post written by my buddy Angelo Cooper

Next week you will be able to call me a forty-niner. It is true—I am going to be moving West young man. I am moving to the land of gold and dreams, California. I got offered my dream job. Being an administrative librarian, there are not too many job opportunities. Once someone has a job a librarian, they rarely ever leave and usual stay for more than fifty years. You can image how elated I was when I got a call from the Reagan library. They did not even have to sell the position; I was immediately on board. As soon as I found out I got the job, I went on an apartment hunt. My Mom flew out with me and we found a great one bedroom in an awesome building. The current owner is leasing the apartment but hinted that they may be willing sell eventually. It really has old Hollywood charm and a great view. The apartment is move-in ready. I only have to check on directv deals in Simi Valley and find a housekeeping service. I am so excited and can’t wait to have visitors!

Finally Organizing the Kids’ Playroom

Guest post written by Janet Carlson

It’s been quite a while since I’d really paid attention to the kids’ playroom. It’s so full of all their stuff that I kind of avoid going in there and stepping on all kinds of little toy blocks and other things that hurt. But after Christmas, it was obvious that I needed to organized that area because they didn’t have room for all of their new stuff in there!

I’m not one of those people that is really great at organizing things on my own, so I looked online to see if I could find some tips about how to easily organize on your own. While I was online looking that up, I ran across some info on getting a roof replaced and after I looked through it, I decided to Click here and get some more info on that. That’s something I’d been thinking about doing anyway for some time now so we’re going to do that in February.

I did find some good tips about creating an organized kids room and put some of them to use. I went and bought a cubby shelfing system that made a big difference and I wish that I had done that years ago.
